Delivery Information
We take great care in preparing each of our hampers so they arrive beautifully presented and ready to enjoy or gift.
Where we deliver
We deliver New Zealand-wide to residential and business addresses.
Please note:
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes
- We are unable to deliver directly to hospital recipients. Deliveries can only be made to reception, so we cannot guarantee safe delivery
To avoid any delays or issues, we recommend using a home or business address where someone can receive the hamper.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
NZ Nationwide (Tracked Shipping)
Monday-Friday with tracked shipping nationwide & will be charged at the following rates:

- North Island: please allow 2 full working days – $15.00
- South Island: please allow 3 full working days – $20.00
If your hamper contains perishable food items and outside an 80km radius of the Bay of Plenty your hamper will be dispatched Monday-Wednesday (to avoid packages being stored in transport company depot) with tracked shipping nationwide & will be charged at the following rates:
If you hamper includes perishable food this will be packaged in an insulated chiller bag sealed with the order. If outside an 80km radius or for rural delivery, these goods are also sent with a gel ice pack for extra security to help maintain a safe temperature for up to 72 hours.
Tracking Your Order
Once your hamper has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey right to the door.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this stage.
Returns & Refunds
Because our hampers contain carefully curated and often perishable items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, we want every order to arrive just as it should. If something is not quite right, whether it has been damaged in transit or there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
